- Using both the BCM 400 platform and the 400 expansion cabinet, you can use a total of 10 media bay modules. MBM's are used to connect T-1,PRI circuits, Phone Lines, Digital Stations and things of this sort to the BCM 400.
- It is a remarkably flexible all in one telephone system. Voicemail, Auto attendant, faxing, unified messaging and call centers are built directly into the platform. (must purachse keycodes to activate).
- It is Nortel's IP Enabled Large Office phone system. It can be used as a pure IP phone system or you can mix and match IP phones and digital phones.
